Jim is the heart and driving force behind Hero CPR & First Aid LLC. An Army veteran with a Bachelor of Science in Education and a background as a former volunteer EMS and former regional trainer for long-term care providers, Jim brings real-world emergency expertise to every single session.
As an American Red Cross CPR / First Aid / AED / BLS Instructor Trainer and a University of Wisconsin–Green Bay Certified CBRF Instructor, Jim holds the highest-level credentials in his field. His teaching style is approachable, practical, and memorable — students consistently say he makes life-saving skills engaging and easy to retain.
Jim founded Hero CPR with one goal: to make the communities of Walworth County safer by offering top-quality, affordable emergency training. As he says — "Be the Hero!"

Megan is the backbone of Hero CPR & First Aid LLC. With over 10 years of experience in office management, scheduling, and customer care, she ensures that every client interaction is smooth, professional, and welcoming. Not only is she an incredible office manager — she's also a loving mother and the secret weapon behind the business's day-to-day operations.
Megan is a certified American Red Cross CPR / First Aid / AED Instructor in her own right, and her expertise in billing and customer care makes Hero CPR a truly full-service training company. She's currently working toward her Bachelor of Science in Business.
Megan handles all scheduling and customer inquiries — so when you reach out, you're in great hands from the very first contact.
